His work explores identity, power dynamics, and transcultural expression through a decolonial lens. Firmin is developing a \u201cBossale\u201d method to reclaim and reimagine artistic imagination.<\/p><p data-start=\"463\" data-end=\"849\">Blending theory and practice, he draws from <em data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"514\">Gwoka<\/em>\u2014a traditional Afro-Caribbean art form combining dance, music, and storytelling\u2014alongside other resistance traditions. He has exhibited widely and collaborated with major institutions, including the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, and is the second Afro-descendant artist in the collection of the Mus\u00e9e national des
